May be that he has to use the FN-key, along with the F-keys. For
instance, n-F12. Have a pair of eyes check the keyboard, or let him call
the place where he bought the computer, even the manufacturers customer
line, and ask for assistance.

delete key and he only has numeric function of the keypad, Does anyone
