Hi Gary, Make sure, under the verbosity for browse mode "actions", that speak mouse over and speak clickable are turned on; sometimes these types of controls are buttons in that they indicate clicking on them will do something.
I chose a brand and model of printer, and then I see a "clickable" link for "search" which I believe would then allow me to see the items for that kind of printer. Please do let us know if this was it, or what it was.
