if you only have 9 options in the w e control panel. open the w e help pull
down and check show advanced options. then you will have 13 options in the
list.
now go to general then go to startup options and uncheck log on with speech
for all users. you have to be logged on as the administrator to do this.

There doesn't seem to be account management with Window-Eyes anymore.
How do I get Window-Eyes to not launch automatically for other users on
