Olusegun, You should definitely get on the phone to AI tech support; they can be better motivated to look at your report you send in, and they can often times offer advice right then which will help them track down the problem. None of us here on the list can do as much.
If you are using the free version of WE you are not entitled to telephone support, and I'm sorry about that. The AI support is a really good reason to buy a copy of WE, just for problems like this.
