Yeah I can't get this thing to work like that. I can't find the icon, still
says replied. Will try to call ai squared. This is frustrating because I
can't get the window-eyes office add-ins to work properly anyway.

Aren't column headers general names like conversation, to, from, subject,
received, flag status, etcetera? I don't know what version of Outlook you're
running, Dave, but it sounds to me like a case of the forwarded icon being
mislabled.

Were it me, I'd forward any old message to myself so that I know it's been
forwarded. Then I'd route the mouse pointer to that message in the list view
and move by clip to the icon, press control-shift-e, and read the speech
lable that was assigned to that icon. If the lable says replied to and I
knew for a fact the message status should be forwarded, I'd change the
graphic lable and update the entry.

Subject: outlook column mismatch

Hi,

When I send a message that I have forwarded to somebody, Outlook is telling
me that the message has been replied to. I didn't reply to this particular
message, I simply forwarded it. When I go to the mailbox header editor in
the Outlook enhance app, the icon that reads message forwarded and read has
a column header name of none and a value of custom where I put the word
"forwarded" to reflect that the icon should read the same. I thought this is
what the documentation suggests, but I still get Outlook saying that the
message was replied to. Has anybody else encountered this? Any help is
appreciated and it makes me wonder what other columns are reading
incorrectly. Is there something I'm missing in regards to the column view?

Thanks, Dave
