Your question is not very clear! Software to read credit card? Is this for
use in a business environment, or you're looking for something to read the
numbers of your credit card to you?
If the former, point-of-sale software DOES READ credit card numbers, but it
sends the info through without any verbalisation and only returns the
results. However, these are hardly accessible from a blindness perspective.
If the latter, the only way you can possibly read your credit card numbers
is to have the card scanned and OCR work done to reveal these numbers.
Hopefully others will chip in and set me straight, and I'll learn something
I didn't know in the process as well.
