OK, after the ReBoot WindowEyes seems to be working quickly and normally. Why did it start locking up in outlook when trying to type into the prior messages? Again, it sounds like WE is slowing down and stopping while it tries to read either from the beginning of the text or the line or the buffer and while it does try and stop speech a little leaks through indicating this is indeed going on. Now, why would WE do something like this sometimes and not after a ReBoot? Could it be a script, some plugin or another reason all together? I have jumped through all the hoops Chris had me jump through like downloading things, setting options etc but AI2 keeps missing the mark. This doesn't happen as often as it use to after navigating all the dodgy "fixes" but it still happens occasionally as it just did. Fix WindowEyes so it is less complicated, works with most Microsoft software, you are a partner right? And get the fundementals working very, very stable before adding more "features". Rick USA
