Rick, Separate issue I know, but if you have the paid for version of WE, you can contact support, and if they need to they can remote in to your pc to see what's going on in order to help you. Doug's done this himself on my pc to help chase down an issue.
My point: you're not just buying a screen reader when you pay for WE, you're buying support, which for many of us is worth as much or more than the product itself.
