Hi Nick, The context menu for a selected message in your Outlook inbox has a copy option. I just tested this out and if you select this option, all of the email details that are displayed in the list be put on your clipboard. Marc

If you are writing a new message or replying to emails in the above programs you are not using browse mode. F8 is used when in browse mode. Hope this helps.
