Hello Petro: I bet you have a fully licensed working copy of Window-Eyes 9.1 on the CD you received from GW Micro/AI Squared. I recommend you uninstall the demo and use the CD to install your licensed copy. Upgrades usually DO NOT come on a CD, these are generally downloadables! I don't believe you can do an upgrade of a demo to a working copy.
