Hi, In word do the following. 1. Press alt-f 2. Press t to open options. 3. Press T for Trust Center. 4. Press alt-t for trust center settings. 5. Press P until you get to protected view. 6. Press tab and uncheck each item by pressing space. 7. Press enter 8. Tab to the ok button and press enter.
