Same problem when replying to a message.

I have a problem, I can't read or edit my mail before sending. I hear
nothing when using up or down arrows, control numpad 5 don't read current
line, or control numpad 2 don't read either. This just started happening,
Vista, current window eyes, and using windows mail.. Also, the correct set
file is loaded. I had to use word pad to right this.
