Hi,
I sent the following message to the list a few days ago but did not receive any replies so am sending it again with some updates.

Going back to Thunderbird version 31.7 gave back access to the mouse keys but then version 38 automatically reinstalled itself again so back to square one. Also, the BBC or CC fields in 38 don't seem to work either.

Is there any way to stop Thunderbirdupdating itself without asking?

previous message:
Using: Latest WE, TBird 38.0.1 without the TBird app and Eloquence.

I have just noticed today the mouse keys no longer talk when attempting to move up and down the screen in Thunderbird. This seems to be the same behaviour as experienced in Firefox and Chrome.

i.e. Regardless of whether the view is set to Full Screen, Active Window and the like.

Has Thunderbird been updated to 38.0.1 in the past few days because I have just noticed this behavior? Is anyone else experiencing this problem under this version?

What about those Thunderbird users who use the App?

I have not been using the app in the past because there did not seem to be a need for it but if it gives me back the use of the mouse keys, then it will be installed in a flash.

Anyone got any suggestions to offer?

Thanks
Neville.
