I am running win7-64 bit desktop using WE9.1. At some point today, after trying to figure out why the accessible google page would no longer read, I ran into this horrible problem:

Using Window-Eyes, I can no longer read the screen in either firefox or IE 9. If I use ctrl-shift-w, I can read that there is information on the screen, but there is no access to anything with the keys. There is a small amount of text that is visible with the mouse keys in firefox, but it is not practical to read with. I do have access to the menues. Whatever the problem is, I was able to use NVDA to read and navigate the pages, but I don't use that program except when I get into trouble with WE. Therefore, I only have a very basic working knowledge of the program and miss all of my Window-Eyes keystrokes and options, i.e., copying text. At this point, I wouldn't even care about formatting if I could at least get the information from the page. Please, does anyone have any ideas why both browsers would have stopped reading and what I can do to fix the problem? To the best of my knowledge, only the browsers do not work. Thanks to anyone that can help me.
