And, all Surface tablets include a keyboard that doubles as a cover for the screen when closed. There are several types of Surface keyboards and you can read about them here: https://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us/support/hardware-and-drivers/which-surface-keyboard-do-i-have. With that being said, like most compact keyboards on portable computers, they can be a bit tricky to use at first and might not have all of the keys you normally find on a full size keyboards. So, the suggestion of hooking up a full size USB keyboard is a good one assuming you aren't using the device on the go. Marc
