Hello Mark,
I appreciate the suggestion, but what if your error is extra spaces between
words?
I have to admit, that the context menu option did not suggest anything, but
the regular spel lcheck dialog did. I am not saying that having more than
one option is not a good idea. But, this is something that should be fixed,
so that more than one option is accessible.
For me, if it is a matter of spelling errors, I love the ability of jumping
from error to error. But grammar errors, do not always have suggestions in
the context menu like the spelling errors do.

Robin's tip was spot on regarding how to access the suggestions Word
provides for grammar errors in your document. To clarify, when Word flags a
grammar error, it doesn't explain the error like an English teacher would in
high school. Instead, Word only provides one or more suggestions that you
can use to replace the grammatically incorrect text. For example, if I use
the word too (with two o's) when I should have used to (with one o), the
suggestion Word will provide in the context menu or in the Spelling and
Grammar pane is the word to. It doesn't tell you anything about what
homonyms are and how to pick the correct homonym based on its current
context. With that being said, I did find that the Grammar pane provides
definitions of suggested words. This text is accessible via the Mouse hot
keys if you really needed it.
Regards,
Marc

Once you get to the error, use the application key to pull down a list of
options. Sometimes I still find I need to read the sentence or a few words
before the error to decide which is the correction options.

I know you can navigate the spelling and gramar errors with window-eyes, but
how do you get your gramar errors explained?
If this is not possible, then AI squared should address the accessibility
with the Word user interface in a future version of window-eyes.
Thanks,
Darrell
