So far the only hint of a patern when Window-Eyes stops running is when there is an app update available. I've noticed that when Window-Eyes stops working and I re-launch it, there is at least one app update available.
I am going to have Window-Eyes stop checking for updates and do it manually myself for a while to see if this will make Window-Eyes more stable.
