Hi Nick, If you open the Devices node in the WE control panel, expand this, and navigate to Synthesizers, and then tab repeatedly, you see your currently active synthesizer, plus there's a check box which is labelled Remember the speech settings for this synthesizer when switching. If you check this check box whenever you've chosen a synthesizer and altered its settings, then, after switching to another, and then back to it, your previously saved settings for that synthesizer will be restored.
Hth, Rod -----Original Message----- From: Talk [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Nick Sarames via Talk Sent: Friday, June 26, 2015 2:56 AM To: [email protected] Subject: synthesizer questions Is there an easy way I can experiment with the various synthesizers without losing my settings? I'm not too familiar with the role these synthesizers play in my interaction with WE. Am I going to notice a difference in the quality of the speech? _______________________________________________ Any views or opinions presented in this email are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of Ai Squared.
