HI Larry: If I remember correctly, when i called AISquared support about this issue a few months ago, the guy that I was talking to said that they had had a few listers complain about that. When I looked in my Trash folder and started moving the messages back to my inbox, all the new messages started coming to my inbox again. I cannot explain why, except that possiblyy when I deleted messages after I read them, I accidentally pressed the Spam button on my Gmail page instead of the Delete button. Anyway, It is rather misterious how these things happen, but if I were you I would first call AISquared and see if they can help you to resolve it, then if they haven't resolved it, call your service provider and see if they have an answer.
