OK A squared knows they have a issue with there host not willing to change and Comcast not willing to change. So if A squared wants good customer service they need to take the responsible action of changing their host or what ever it takes to make their support consumer friendly rather than having to use some other Email service to get list Emails. It may very well be a Comcast issue but in this case A squared has to resolve the issue. How can it be seen in any other way.
