Greetings, Please ensure you have the correct Set files for your version of Outlook installed. In Window-Eyes, this can be accomplished in the Factory Settings dialog from within the File menu.
Note that if you re-install your Office sets, you must also reinstall your Window-Eyes apps (e.g. Outlook Enhance), and restart any open Office programs.
