Dave, You might investigate Talking Communities which, in turn, is based on TeamTalk. That is the platform we use for conducting the Window-Eyes-related presentations.

Unless there's some sort of alternative interface that isn't the gui? I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations for an accessible webinar platform? They require interaction via a chat box like go to webinar has.
