I have and couldn't get it to work with NVDA or JAWS. Even tried using all the mouse cursor I could think of. -----Original Message----- From: Debbie April Yuille [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, June 30, 2015 9:35 PM To: Don Mauck; Window-Eyes Discussion List Subject: RE: Netgear Genie Importance: High
Have you tried it with another screen reader? Sometimes programs that are't accessible with one screen reader turn out to be reasonabally accessible with another. The program that comes with it is called NetGear Genie. I normally do not need this program, however, there is one situation in which the program is helpful. This is where the parental controls option needs to be activated. For best results, I have had to get sighted help, since this program does not speak at all. Anyone know why this program is not accessible? Also, might there be an older version of the program that was accessible.
