Hi, In Firefox, press alt-,t, o. This should load the options page. Press control-shift-a to toggle off browse mode. Tab one time. Are you in a list of 8 items starting with general where you can use your up/down arrow keys to select an item. You should still be able to tab through the settings once one of the 8 items is selected in the list.
