The only thing they could do is to change ISPs (a big deal), or I guess change email providers. Comcast is pretty obviously at fault here when you read the postings from the email service AI Squared is using; Comcast will not even return their calls when they call to inquire as to why there's a block placed on all their emails (according to a post on the email service provider's site).
The company involved (when I had the same problem with email error reports sent to app authors via GW Micro) was DreamHost (for those who are able to contact Comcast), and here's a posting of theirs I found a couple of months ago: https://discussion.dreamhost.com/thread-122678.html We all should contact contact and point out we aren't getting the email service we're all paying for.
