Karen, Try control 3 when in Outlook. That should take you to the contacts list. Control1 will return you to the inbox, or whichever email folder you happened to be in. HTH Yusuf

I'm running Windows 7, Office 10, and Window-eyes 9.1. I am only using outlook for mail. So, when my son transfered everything to this computer, we created a hot key for the mail portion, and I don't know what he did with the rest of the outlook features which I don't want to use anyway. I can't seem to figure out how to locate my contacts within outlook. Any suggestions?
