I think I am having a similar problem with IE. It's saying that I have the correct version as part of IE, but the player doesn't seem to play.

Hello, using fire fox 17, with adobe flash 11 installed on a windows 7 machine,
I get the following message when I try to access a program on live stream. The
message says that I need at least adobe flash 10.1 to play the content. Is
there some setting in fire fox that I need to change or something, because for
some reason fire fox isn't recognizing that flash 11 is already installed.
Please help.

Butch
