Actually it already is, ATGuys are selling the Eloquence voices for
$69.00. not sure about Vocalizer.

you can use it to play audio games that require sapi. it comes with the

current conversion rates put it at arounf $84. if you break it down by
language divide by 13 that's roughly the same cost as voxin for linux per
language.
