Paulette, I think you are asking about the Outlook Enhance app? I'm also thinking you have message virtualization turned on so that when you open an outlook email. You can use browse mode commands to read the message text. I'm trying to understand what you mean by the address bar. Are you trying to address an email to someone or to read from whom the message came?
If you are creating a new message, your focus should be in the to line when you open the message. If you are reading a message that was sent to you and you want to see the address of the person who sent it to you, then you can either shift tab backwards to that field or try pressing Alt and the number 1 up in the number row above the letters. Pressing this once will read the line, and pressing it a second time will take focus there so that you can arrow to read the characters of the address. Can you explain which address bar you mean?
