Hi Nick, You may have heard the word incorrectly. It is the Verbosity node in the control panel of Window-Eyes, node being spelled starting with the letter n as in November. All the elements in the tree view of the control panel are said to be nodes, since they must be expanded using the right arrow, and expanding them opens other elements under that node, and you arrow through them. Verbosity, once expanded with the right arrow, you will see, have several elements under its node, and once you find an element you wish to adjust, then you press tab to explore the options it offers.

I've tried insert v, sometimes that works, and sometimes it takes me to voice mode. Also, once I am in Verbosity Mode, I want to turn off all the info about navagation, articles, headings etc. Do I tab down once I am in Verbosity Mode?
