Hi:

When you do a reset, you are given 2 options.

The first one lets you restore Windows and keep all your files.

The second one removes everything and re-installs from the factory image.
Under that second option, you can choose to just remove your files or erase
the hard-drive. Usually, the "just remove my files" is the quickest option.
It deletes everything and does a quick-format.

After your computer finishes grinding away, with Windows 8.1, you should be
able to press Windows-key plus Enter and Narrator will come up. Then, you
can hold the caps lock key down and use the left and right arrows to
navigate around the screen. If you want to click on an option, you can
press caps lock plus space to click on an item.

Hope this helps.

Hi guys is it possable to do a factory reset or refresh with windows 8.1
with Narrator with out sight.
I am having problems and want to reset dell laptop back to factory setting
or maybe the refresh option only puts windows back on and keeps personal

Any help would be good thanks.Cheers Michael.
