All the talk on list about sapi5 voices reminded me i bought a voice from
cereproc that i hadn't installed on my computer. I installed it this
morning, it works it sounds ok, don't think i'll use for my main tts but
it's ok. I notice the voice doesn't change speech rate when i use the we
keys for it, nor does the speech rate change when i mess with the speech
rate in windows text to speech settings. I know some sapi voices don't
change pitch but I never heard of voices not changing rate. Am i missing
something or is this how these voices are supposed to act?
