Hello, yes, 9.0 and now 9.1 I have found to be very unreliable when using either Firefox, or Internet Explorer 11, and attempting to access sites such as Google, Youtube, and Ebay. Other Sites have also given me problems, but these are probably the best known.
At this time, I know of nothing to make 9.1 speed up, or even to stay stable. I have lost count how often speech has gone away, or took 20 or more seconds to come back. And when it comes back, it might even be slower than before, and less accurate at what it is reading. I have had to re-start 9.1 many many times. I have called Tech support 3 times, and after running some tests, my system was said to be fine. I have also noticed some odd things happening when I use MS Word 2010, or Excel 2010. menu's won't read, or read accurately. Then other times, they read fine. Could not tell you if this is an App problem, or a 9.1 problem, but in general, 9.1 has been a troubled software package, at least for me. Relief might come after Windows 10 is released, since Window eyes will be having new problems to deal with.
