Subject: WLM 2011 questions

I’m using Window-eyes 9.1 on an HP 64-bit desktop running windows 8.1 and have several questions pertaining to the use of Windows Live mail 2011..

Question 1. Regardless of the screen reader being used, Is there some practical way of determining the number of unread messages in a given folder?

Question 2. Although I have played with this program in the past on a different machine, I cannot seem to locate where to modify the arrangement of email message column headers. Where is it?

Question 3. For some reason, group by conversation is always disabled. Can anyone suggest why this might be?

Question 4, the last for today. Please refresh my memory as to the means of opening email attachments.

Thanks.

Don Roberts
