HI, Perhaps the mute button became activated for some reason or other and needs to be deactivated.
That happened to me once on youtube, but we couldn't find the reason why it was activated. Are you able to get to that button, and activate and de-activate it? It was working a week ago, now i press the play button after i find a video that i want. Window-eyes 8.4 says browse off, and it doesn't actually click on anything. The play button is still there.
