Hi all, When I first got my win 8 machine the “file, edit, view, etc was not at the top of the window, Also I could not use any to the hot keys such as ctrl+ o, H, etc I called Del and the tec did remote access and changed some settings somewhere and it has worked fine since. My question is,,, I set up a user account for my wife and when we login to her account I am unable to use the hot keys to view history, or use any of the file, edit view, favorites. what settings do I have to change to make this work like it does on my account. Using Del pc, windows 8.1 and the latest WE?
