Unfortunately, Winamp can not record, it's only a media player. If it
could record, that would be absolutely amazing.
Let me recommend another program that works great with Window-eyes, it's
called replay Radio 9.

Unlike other software, they've taken the subscription-based model and
made it super easy. Instead of paying a super-high price for the
software, you subscribe for a small fee each month, or an anual fee,
it's up to you. The nice thing is it's afordable, and will do exactly
what you want with Winamp. The program has a few tiny little
accessibility quirks, but it's nothing that can't be worked around, and
it's very easy to use, thanks to a few blind people who are helping to
beta test their software. So give that a shot and hopefully it'll work
well for you. Like I say, Winamp can't record, unfortunately. It'd sure
be great if it did!
