Bryan, Thanks for your response.

I just can't figure out why every time I select a number of messages in a thread, or on a particular subject, to open and read, that they always show up in reverse order, rather than by date posted.

I tried having messages listed by threads at one time, but don't think I remember that solving the problem.

The only reason I don't have messages listed by thread is because the word thread is announced every time you arrow up or down through the list of threads, and that gets rather tiresome. To me it seems quite obvious that I am in a threaded view, so don't need the constant reminder. Is there a way to correct that behavior, either with WE, or through Thunderbird? It would be kind of nice to be able to move through my email by thread so I can just delete any set of messages on any particular subject that I don't care to read about.

Hope somebody can give me a pointer or two on this one.

Thanks,

Larry

Listers,

I'm wondering if any of you experience this rather annoying characteristic of Thunderbird?

When selecting and opening a number of messages at once, Thunderbird will always display the last message first when the selected messages are opened. Is there a solution to this one?

Thanks,

Larry
