Shortly after I turned on my Dell Xps-8500 desktop running Windows 8.1 and Office 2013, a notification popped up telling me that there are updates for Office available. But when I found the item in the system tray, pressing enter on the item didn't do anything. So, I tabbed to the double left click button and pressed enter on that button. Still nothing happened. Now when I try to focus on the button in the system tray, the Office updates are available notification is read followed by the word button. Then I also hear stuff like Winamp agent button, Window-eyes, and maybe any other items in the system tray. And when I try to tab after highlighting the Office updates button, the tab key won't work now. Could someone on this list refresh my memory as to how to get the updates to install? If not, then I'll call the Microsoft Accessibility answer desk number. The representatives have been a god send in my humble opinion. Here's the number in case someone isn't aware of it.
