Hi. Those who are receiving an error when attempting to download the upgrade of Window-eyes 9.2 have encountered this error before, smile, and you are not alone, believe me! This isn't my first rodeo, and I am certain I can speak for others. I tried downloading the upgrade from the help menu on my desktop computer running Windows 8.1 and on my laptop running Windows 7 64 bit home premium edition with the same error Loy mentioned. I usually have been able to get an upgrade installed on the day of its release, but I'll try every few minutes as in the past. I have personal business to take care of later on today, and so if I don't get the upgrade downloaded and installed before that time, that will allow more time for a break, smile. This upgrade sounds very promising, and yes, I reserved my copy of Windows 10, smile. Also, when I try to check the update page to go over the information concerning the s m a count and the other various messages, the page will not load. I, like others, am chalking things up to the overwhelmed servers. Chris, hammered sounds like a good word, smile. .
