Here's a follow up message. Just before I started to type this e-mail, I received two different messages when trying to download Window-eyes 9.2. The first message that came up was a message telling me that an active internet connection is required to download the upgrade. I tried the bard website and the page came right up. I then once again tried to download Window-eyes 9.2, but rather than waiting a few minutes for the error to be generated, the error generated immediately when pressing the enter key. This scenario occurred using Internet Explorer 11. Yes, I have Firefox and Google Chrome installed And I received the second error message twice immediately when pressing the enter key. .
Well, after I send this message, I'm gonna give the download another whirl, smile.
