Hello Steven. The download button is actually a link. To go to the download, do the following. 1. press control backslash to enter the Window-Eyes control panel. 2. press alt H to open the help menu. 3. press c to open the check for updates menu.
4. When the dialog appears, press tab once. This should put you on the download Window-Eyes 9.2.2 option. I hope this helps. When my pc boots up, there is a screen notifying me of the update to WE9.2 - there is a button to tap if you want to ignore the upgrade and a button to close but I can't find the download button which may or may not be there and could be hidden. What keys do I mress to get the download to function as going into control backslash and looking for updates or using ie doesn't seem to work, although I know ie is working as another separate download was successful.
