Hi Peter, I am using Word 2010 and Window-Eyes 9.2, and I am not seeing this. I have a Word document open now, and it makes frequent style changes, and they are always spoken, and always spoken first.
WE is designed to only speak the style name when it changes, so if you don't hear it at all, then it's the same as the previous paragraph (or of course, you could still be in the same paragraph when you arrow down a line). It's hard therefore to proofread for format.
