Window-Eyes 9.2 is compatible with Office 2007, 2010, 2013 and the 2016 Preview. With that being said, we don't do a lot of testing with Office 2007 anymore so it is probably best to go with Office 2010 or newer. You can only have one version of Window-Eyes installed on your computer. So, if you plan to switch to the free version, you will need to uninstall your retail license first and vice versa.
