I get this occasionally on my work laptop when I start up. GW staff told me it's a component of WE, but I don't know what it does. I haven't figured if there's a performance difference when I exit it. The guess they had was that it might be the antivirus program we use at work that is conflicting, but I cannot get that changed, so I just hit OK when I get the error.
