Sorry Dave, I'm also using Outlook 2010 and I am not seeing this.

You might try restarting Outlook (I think I've noticed that things work
better if you have Window-Eyes running before you start Outlook; so if you
restarted your WE while Outlook was running, maybe this accounts for it?)

Subject: up and down arrows in ms outlook 2010

Hi. Is anyone else having a lot of trouble getting we 9.2 to focus the up
and down arrows in outlook 2010 when composing a new message? I've had to
have the arrows move up and down several times on certain lines before we
would read the line I had just typed. Otherwise it would be silent. Seems to
not relate to apps as I just turned them off and the same thing happens. Is
this a new bug or something that I just never noticed before somehow?
