No all you get is Microsoft sapi 5 which is much better than eloquence. Also you get e spak .thee are the two free ones. If you want eloquence it will cost you $39. If you have a copy of Kurzweil, then you can rrun the speech work version of eloquence and from my pint of view that's a much better then any eloquence out there. Also ther isa sapi 5 version by code factory as well.
