I’d just go and download it from 
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 
<https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10>

It’s not worth going through the system tray process (you’d need to run Windows 
update and download all/the relevant one).  The thing you’ll be downloading is 
a media creation tool, but you can choose Upgrade this PC fairly early on.
