If you have Window-Eyes 9.2 installed prior to running the Windows 10 upgrade, then Window-Eyes will be available once the upgrade completes. If you are updating from Windows 7 you will need to re-apply the 9.2 upgrade after Windows 10 is installed so that the correct video driver is copied over. If using Windows 8 or newer then there isn't anything else you need to do. I hope this helps. If so, then someone needs to give me the exact steps to start it installing. I know the whole thing about removing W E first, etc. That's no issue. I have NVDA as a backup, as well as jaws, so it's not the end of the world for me. Plus, there's always Narrator, so I'm not in a pickle.
