There is separate from Window-Eyes for Office, or even the retail
version, a 60 day evaluation that one can install to test Window-Eyes.
And that is free of charge. After the 60 days, you'd need to reinstall
Windows again to repeat the process if you weren't sure, or possibly
get Window-Eyes for Office, or pay for Window-Eyes at full price.
Unless of course, you don't mind rebooting every 30 minutes after the
fact. So there you go. Also remember please that Window-Eyes is not
for everybody. No screen reader can be nor operating system choice for
that matter. In the future, I would recommend saving the version
installers. I have 9.1, 9.2,9.0, and 8.4, for example of the
Window-Eyes for Ofice installers at the time they they were
respectively available. Also, keep in mind that AISquared is not the
only company having you use current products. Serotek is this way as
well. If Freedom Scientific is for you, then maybe it is. Or possibly
NVDA, or even VoiceOver. The point is, Window-Eyes is a possibility.
And it is certainly not a requirement. I hope this helps. And Chris,
if you need one of htose Window-Eyes for Office installers as that's
all I have her, I can talk with you off list about htat. Widnow-Eyes
9.2 is the current release, so that's all you'll ever get automaticly.
Take advantage o saving fiels while you can while the releases are
production before they get replaced by new executables.
Regards,
Keith
